§130.541. Esler Industrial Development District; creation; territorial jurisdiction NOTE: R.S. 33:130.541 repealed by Acts 2001, 1st Ex. Sess., No. 2, §3, eff. upon transfer to the military department of the state pursuant to R.S. 29:33.2. See Section 5 of Act 2.

A.The Esler Industrial Development District, hereinafter referred to as the "district", is hereby constituted and is declared to be a body politic and political subdivision of the state of Louisiana, as defined in Article VI, Section 44 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
