§130.291. Ruston-Lincoln Industrial Development District; creation; territorial jurisdiction
A.The Ruston-Lincoln Industrial Development District, hereinafter referred to as the "district", is hereby constituted and is declared to be a body politic and political subdivision of the state of Louisiana, as defined in Article VI, Section 44 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
