§387.22. Special permit; ten percent weight variance for trucks or trucks and trailers hauling raw input materials for concrete and finished concrete products Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, relating only to the hauling of raw input materials for concrete and finished concrete products, the secretary shall issue annual special permits for a fee of four hundred dollars per unit that prohibit both gross weight and axle weight penalties for the operation of trucks or truck-and-trailers on roads of the state when the total excess weight is ten percent or less of the truck or truck and trailer's maximum permissible gross weight as provided by law. The permit shall not authorize any truck or truck-trailer combination described in this Part to exceed load posted weight limit
