§ 30:932 — Effect of amendments to public law 95-87
Louisiana·Title 30 Mortgages and Privileges
The commissioner shall have the right to grant variances to the requirements of this Chapter and the regulations issued pursuant to this Chapter in the issuance of any permit pursuant to this Chapter, or, upon application of a permittee, to amend an issued permit to allow such a variance, when such variances are permitted by an amendment to Public Law 95-87 1 subsequent to the enactment of this Chapter.
