§591. Definition As used in this Part, unless otherwise clearly indicated, the following term has the meaning ascribed to it below:

(1)"Natural gas company" means a person engaged in the production or sale of intrastate natural gas. Added by Acts 1973, Ex.Sess., No. 16, §1, emerg. eff. Dec. 8, 1973 at 9:55 A.M.
