Text

A. The coordinator shall prescribe appropriate forms and requirements and by rule shall establish procedures for filing claims for compensation from the fund and for removal costs reimbursements to other state agencies from the fund. B. The fund shall not be liable to any person for damage to equipment resulting from an oil spill discharge and which are compensable under the Fisherman's Gear Compensation Fund. C. The fund shall be liable for the following removal costs and damages, provided that such are not recoverable under the federal Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-380) and the claimant has exhausted all federal remedies:
