A.

(1)For any permit issued prior to July 1, 2004, the holder of a permit to conduct geophysical and geological surveys shall furnish to the State Mineral and Energy Board or office of mineral resources maps showing the location of all shot points and detector or geophone setups located on the property and the dates on which they were used, together with the subsurface contours obtained as a result of the use of the points. Additionally, the permit holder shall deliver a copy of any and all seismic data acquired, including 3D, 2D, gravity, magnetic, and any other geophysical or geological data, in a format acceptable to the office of mineral resources.
