§3671. Receiving agricultural products in borrowed containers; liability
Any person, firm, or corporation wilfully and knowingly receiving or accepting delivery of agricultural products in containers furnished or loaned by another to a grower or producer of such products, whether for a consideration or otherwise, under a stipulation or agreement that the containers shall be used by the grower or producer solely for the purpose of delivery of agricultural products, except sweet potatoes, to the person, firm, or corporation furnishing or loaning the containers is a participant with the grower or producer in his breach of the stipulation or agreement under which the containers were furnished or loaned, and is liable in damages in a sum of three times the value of the containers received or ac
