§3031. Bounty on beaver

A.The department may, when funds are provided, offer a bounty of a minimum of five dollars for each beaver destroyed. Upon presentation of the beaver to any bona fide or licensed alligator farm, a receipt shall be issued in such form as prescribed by the department to the person presenting the animal. The department shall redeem such receipt by paying to such person upon presentation of the receipt, whether in person or by mail, a sum of five dollars, or such greater amounts as may be established by the department, for each such receipt as bounty. The redemption of such receipts shall be paid only from funds especially appropriated for this purpose, and it is expressly provided that no such bounty shall be paid from any regular receipts, funds or appropriations of
