§1481. Definitions As used in this Part:

(1)"Commissioner" means the commissioner of the office of alcohol and tobacco control.
(2)"Consumable hemp processor" means any individual, partnership, corporation, cooperative association, or other business entity permitted for manufacturing or processing of industrial hemp into a consumable hemp product. Processing shall not include extraction of cannabinoids from industrial hemp, the product of which is utilized to manufacture or process a consumable hemp product.
(3)(a) "Consumable hemp product" means any product derived from industrial hemp that contains any cannabinoid, including cannabidiol or THC, and is intended for consumption or topical use.
(b)"Consumable hemp product" shall include commercial feed and pet products.
