§1467. Fees; disposition of funds
A. The commissioner may establish annual application, license, and testing fees to
be paid to the department. The amount of the fees shall be based on the cost of the regulatory
functions performed and services provided. The combined total of the annual application fee
and license fee shall not exceed five hundred dollars, and the testing fee shall not exceed two
hundred fifty dollars.
B. All assessments, fees, penalties, and other funds received pursuant to this Part
shall be deposited in the Seed Fund provided for in R.S. 3:1449.
