§1466. Records required A. Every grower, processor, handler, and seed producer shall maintain full and accurate records as required by rules and regulations of the department. B. The department's rules and regulations on record keeping shall, at a minimum, require the following:
(1)All licensees shall maintain documentation of any sales or distribution, including
the party to which the product was sold or distributed.
(2)Growers and seed producers shall maintain documentation of traceability from
seed acquisition to harvest to crop termination.
(3)Processors shall maintain documentation of industrial hemp acquisition from
grower to final product.
(4)Any person transporting or delivering industrial hemp shall have a dated invoice,
bill of lading, or manifest in his possession during the
