Text
A. The commissioner may seek to collect any fee, penalty, or cost that may be due under this Subpart or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Subpart. B. The commissioner may institute civil proceedings in any court of proper jurisdiction and venue in order to:
(1)Enforce the rulings of the commission; or
(2)Collect any fee, penalty, or cost due under the provisions of this Subpart or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Subpart; or
(3)Seek injunctive relief to restrain and prevent violations of the provisions of this Subpart or of the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Subpart.
