§790. Regulatory authority
The Louisiana Department of Health, and state licensing authorities may promulgate
rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement this Chapter. In
doing so, the Louisiana Department of Health and state licensing authorities shall also
consult with and consider rules promulgated by similarly empowered agencies in other states
to promote uniformity of application of this Chapter and make the emergency response
systems in the various states reasonably compatible.
