Any minor eligible for benefits under the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, 1 and any amendments thereto, is freed of the disability of minority and is authorized and empowered to make valid and binding contracts, to sign and execute deeds, to make and give promissory notes, mortgages, or other evidences of debt, or written obligations of any kind that are necessary in connection with any loan guaranteed in part or in full by the United States of America, or any instrumentality thereof, or for which there is a commitment or guaranty, or for which a conditional guaranty has been made under the law, or the amendments thereto, as fully as if the minor had attained the age of majority or had been fully emancipated. 1 38 U.S.C.A. §1801.
