§215. Article 115. Communicating threats A. Communicating threats generally. Any person subject to this Code who wrongfully communicates a threat to injure the person, property, or reputation of another shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. B. Communicating threat to use explosive, etc. Any person subject to this Code who wrongfully communicates a threat to injure the person or property of another by use of an explosive; a weapon of mass destruction; a biological or chemical agent, substance, or weapon; or a hazardous material shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
