§ 28:73 — Application to stay, vacate, or modify

§73. Application to stay, vacate, or modify In addition to any right or remedy available by law, the respondent may apply to the court to stay, vacate, or modify the order based on a change in circumstances and he shall notify the director of the local governing entity or designee of his application.
