§ 28:184 — Furnishing intoxicants

§184. Furnishing intoxicants Any person who knowingly makes available any intoxicant to any client of any treatment facility, except with the permission of the director or administrator, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
