Text

A. The Louisiana Civil Rights Museum Advisory Board, hereinafter referred to as "advisory board", is hereby created in the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism. B. The advisory board shall be initially composed of the following twenty-one members:

(1)The state senator representing the district where the museum is located, or her designee.
(2)The state representative representing the district where the museum is located, or her designee.
(3)One member shall be appointed by the city of New Orleans councilperson representing the district where the museum is located.
(4)One member shall be appointed by the mayor of the city of New Orleans.
(5)Two members shall be appointed by the governor and subject to confirmation by the Louisiana Senate. Such members shall serve at the pleasur
