§ 23:2195 — Certification of boards

§2195. Certification of boards The governor shall certify a board on determining that the board's composition is consistent with applicable federal and state laws and requirements. The governor shall certify or deny certification not later than the thirtieth day following the date that a certification request is submitted to the governor.
