§ 23:1766 — Rejection of application for registration

A. The administrator may reject an application for registration under any of the following conditions:

(1)The application is not fully completed, properly executed, or is otherwise deficient on its face.
(2)The documents required to supplement the application are not included in the application packet.
(3)The applicant, or any person named in the application, has made a material misrepresentation in the application. B. The administrator shall furnish the applicant with a written statement of the reason for rejecting or revoking an application. The applicant may request a hearing before the administrator within thirty days of mailing of the written statement.
