An employing unit for which any service that does not constitute employment as defined in this Chapter is performed, may file with the administrator a written election that all services performed by individuals in its employ in one or more distinct establishments or places of business shall constitute employment by an employer for all the purposes of this Chapter for not less than two calendar years. Upon written approval of such election by the administrator, such service shall be deemed to constitute employment from and after the date stated in such approval.
