Text

No policy shall contain any provision purporting to make any portion of the articles of incorporation, bylaws, or other constituent document of the insurer a part of the contract unless such portion is set forth in full in the policy. Any policy provision in violation of this Section shall be invalid. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:866 redesignated as R.S. 22:617 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
