Text

Every insurer who requires from an applicant for insurance a written authorization to obtain medical records of the applicant shall furnish copies of the medical records received by the insurer to the applicant upon written request. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:858 redesignated as R.S. 22:601 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
