Text

Each insurer issuing such contracts, shall, on or before the first day of March of each year, render to the commissioner of insurance, a report signed by an officer of the insurer, or if an alien insurer, by its United States resident manager, or other officer in charge of its affairs in the United States, which shall certify to the amount of gross annual premiums on risks located in this state for the preceding year. The report shall also contain a statement of the portion of the total gross annual premiums reported which arose on risks actually located within the boundaries of any parish, city, town, or village in the state, which levies a tax under the provisions of this Part.
