The commissioner may adopt reasonable rules, including fines and penalties for violations of R.S. 22:733, necessary for the implementation of the provisions herein, pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:736 redesignated as R.S. 22:2009 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
