Text

It shall be unlawful for a domestic insurer to assume reinsurance from another insurer on lines of insurance such domestic insurer is not authorized to write in the state of Louisiana. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:660 redesignated as R.S. 22:1442 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
