§642. Notices to health maintenance organizations; effectiveness
All notices by the commissioner to a health maintenance organization that may result
in regulatory action under this Subpart shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by
registered or certified mail or, in the case of any other transmission, shall be effective upon
the health maintenance organization's receipt of notice.
