Text

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action shall arise against the commissioner or the Department of Insurance or its employees or agents for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties pursuant to this Subpart. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:641 redesignated as R.S. 22:875 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
