§61. Incorporators Five or more natural persons of full age, or fully relieved by emancipation of all disabilities attaching to minority, who are citizens of the United States and a majority of whom are residents of this state, may form a corporation for the purpose of transacting any class or classes of insurance permitted under this Code as a stock or mutual company.
