Text

Any foreign or alien insurer, other than life, which violates any provision of R.S. 342 through 349 shall, for each offense, be fined five hundred dollars. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:348 redesignated as R.S. 22:208 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
