§ 22:2341 — Plan

A.
(1)The plan as filed and approved by the commissioner of insurance shall continue. The plan shall set forth the number, qualifications, terms of office, and manner of election of the members of the governing committee. The plan may include the assessment procedures of all participants for expenses necessary to the operation; the establishment of necessary facilities; management of the plan; plan for assessment of participants to defray losses and expenses; underwriting standards; procedures for the acceptance and cession of reinsurance on behalf of the participants; procedures for determining the amounts of insurance to be provided to specific risks; procedures for processing applicants for insurance; and such other provisions as may be deemed necessary to carry out the purposes of R.S.
