§2331. Appeal to the commissioner; appeal to the court from the commissioner Any person insured pursuant to R.S. 22:2322 through 2334 or his representative, or any affected insurer, who may be aggrieved by an act, ruling, or decision of the governing committee of the plan may, within thirty days after such ruling, appeal to the commissioner. All persons or insureds aggrieved by any order or decision of the commissioner may demand a hearing in accordance with Chapter 12 of this Title, R.S. 22:2191 et seq.
