§1807.3. Enforcement
A.The commissioner may take any actions necessary or appropriate to enforce the
provisions of this Part and the commissioner's regulations. The commissioner may order a
person to cease and desist from committing violations of this Part or the commissioner's
regulations, issue an order prohibiting a person from acting as an appraiser or umpire, and
rescind the registration of any person who violates this Part or the commissioner's regulations
or orders.
B.A person aggrieved by a decision, act, or order of the commissioner pursuant to
the provisions of this Part may demand a hearing in accordance with Chapter 12 of this Title,
R.S. 22:2191 et seq.
