Text

A reciprocal insurer may from time to time return to its subscribers any savings or credits accruing to their accounts. Any such distribution shall not unfairly discriminate between classes of risks, or policies, or between subscribers. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:178 redesignated as R.S. 22:906 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
