Text

Any person, partnership, private corporation, board, association, estate, trustee, or fiduciary may be a subscriber of a reciprocal insurer. All reciprocal or inter-insurance contracts exchanged among such subscribers shall be executed by an attorney-in-fact common to all subscribers. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:162 redesignated as R.S. 22:751 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
