Text

No person or organization shall willfully withhold information from or knowingly give false or misleading information to the commissioner, any statistical agency designated by him, any rating organization, or any insurer which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this Subpart. A violation of this Section shall subject the one guilty of such violation to the penalties provided for in this Code. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:1474 redesignated as R.S. 22:23 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
