Text
A.The board of review shall determine whether the grading issued by the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana was proper according to that association's guidelines.
B.The fire chief and the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana shall both have the right to request that the board reconsider its decision. The request for rehearing shall be made in writing to the commissioner of insurance within ten days after receipt of the written decision of the board. The board may grant or deny the request for rehearing. If the request for rehearing is granted, the board shall meet within ninety days after granting the request for rehearing. The board shall issue a written decision within a period of ninety days after the rehearing. The board shall have authority to grant only one rehearing
