Text

The commissioner may require any insurer to furnish to him any financial information which he may request concerning the financial condition of the insurer. The commissioner may inspect records of an insurer or a rating organization at the home office or any branch office of such an insurer or rating organization. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:1458 redesignated as R.S. 22:19 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
