§1430.3. Reciprocity
The commissioner may enter into agreements with other states that have enacted laws
substantially similar to this Subpart in order to advance the purposes of this Subpart and to
facilitate the consideration of applications for innovation waivers from persons who have
satisfied the requirements of this Subpart and received similar waivers in other states.
