Text
§1356. Travel administrators Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Title, no person shall act or represent himself as a travel administrator in this state unless that person meets one of the following conditions:
(1)Is a licensed producer for property and casualty insurance in this state.
(2)Holds a valid managing general agent license in this state.
