Text

A.The requirements of this Subpart shall not apply to any health insurance coverage in relation to its provision of excepted benefits described in R.S. 22:1061(3)(a).
B.The requirements of this Subpart shall not apply to any health insurance coverage in relation to its provision of excepted benefits described in R.S. 22:1061(3)(b), (c), or (d) if the benefits are provided under a separate policy, certificate, or contract of insurance. NOTE: Former R.S. 22:1076 redesignated as R.S. 22:833 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
