Text

Whoever fails to comply with the requirements of, or violates any of the provisions of this Chapter or the rules and regulations for the enforcement of this Chapter, made by the departments shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than ninety days, or both, except in those instances where specific penalties have been defined. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1985, NO. 889, §3.}}
