§ 19:131

Louisiana·Title 19 Corporations and Associations
§131. Property defined As used in this Part, the term "property" means any portion of immovable property, including servitudes and other rights in or to immovable property, and the term "governing authority" means the governing authority of the parish of East Baton Rouge and the city of Baton Rouge.
