§1375. Duplicate keys
Any duplicate or extra keys to the machines shall be sealed in an envelope by the
parish custodian and the secretary of state and placed in a safe place. The seal shall not be
broken or the keys used in any manner except with the consent of the parish custodian or the
secretary of state.
