§495. Establishment of minimum salary schedules
The State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education is hereby authorized and
directed to establish and maintain a minimum salary schedule to be paid school bus operators
in the public schools of the state of Louisiana and to maintain a minimum rate of
compensation to be paid for the operation of school busses in the public school system of the
state of Louisiana.
