§407.67. Revocation or refusal to renew registration; written notice The department shall have the authority to deny, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration of a registered family child care provider or in-home provider if an applicant has failed to comply with the provisions of this Part, any applicable published rule or regulation relating to registered family child care providers or in-home providers, or any other state, federal, or local rule or regulation. If a registration is denied, revoked, or withdrawn, the action shall be effective when made and the family child care provider or in-home provider shall be notified in writing. This notice shall give the reason for denial, revocation, or withdrawal of the registration.
