NOTE: §3725 effective upon appropriation of monies to fund the implementation of the provisions of Acts 2022, No.
495.§3725. Rules
The State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education shall promulgate rules and
regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act as necessary to carry out
the provisions of this Chapter.
