§2831. Salaries and wages
No teacher, school bus operator, school lunch worker, janitor or other school
personnel shall be employed by any educational cooperative established pursuant to R.S.
17:2801 through 2828 at a salary or wage which is either less than or in excess of any
minimum salary schedule or law heretofore adopted by the legislature to govern the salaries
or wages of any school teachers, school bus operators, school lunch workers, janitors or any
other school personnel.
