§1821. Creation; administration

A.The Elaine P. Nunez Community College is hereby created and established in St. Bernard Parish.

B.The Board of Supervisors of Community and Technical Colleges shall manage the affairs of the institution created and provided for in this Part. Acts 1992, No. 341, §1, eff. July 1, 1992; Acts 1998, 1st Ex. Sess., No. 151, §1, eff. July 1, 1999.
